Students can experience a realistic courtroom setting that replicates real-world court proceedings in the GS Institute of Legal Education’s Moot Court. It creates a professional environment for experiential learning with its formal judge’s bench, advocate seating, and appropriate presentation facilities. In order to improve their research, critical thinking, and advocacy skills, students actively engage in case arguments, mock trials, and legal drafting exercises. They gain confidence in courtroom etiquette and public speaking under the direction of knowledgeable faculty. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, this hands-on training equips aspiring attorneys to competently and clearly handle real-world legal challenges.
